Phone Model and Firmware Version not updating

Howdy!

I am running 3cx v11 sp4, and I just did a firmware update on a few polycoms to test, and I noticed the Phone Model and Firmware Version isn't updating in the "Phones" Section.

When I login the phone it shows the correct version. But the 3cx console doesn't appear to be updating.

I have rebooted the phones, and restarted 3cx and it still doesn't seem to update.

Any ideas?

This is the "3cx Phone for Windows" forum... you should post in the general forum - for server questions.
I will note I found this to be the behavior in v11 as well. I have not seen this in v12.
