Hi All,
We're having a nuisance of an issue, one of our clients uses ADP. ADP Automatically updates M365 w/ phone numbers in this format 555-555-5555. M365 ports this number into 3CX via SSO which does not work because 3CX does not like dashes in numbers. Is this an intentional line or is there a way to get this to accept the formatting? A lot of people throw dashes in their phone number fields and in this case, it's caused by the payroll provider.
Thoughts?
