Phone number to one exe.

how do I assign an new phone number on 3cx to just one exe?
I have a main number on 3xc already
I want to port my business number to 3cx and just use it for the shop exe.
So it rings direct to that one exe. without going through the main welcome prom.

I am not sure what you mean by exe. and prom. but i assume that you want to have a number ring an extension directly an extension of the system. You can add your number under the DID section of the trunk settings and create an inbound rule to point that number to the extension you want.
