I've had Cisco cp7940g phones on my 3CX version 14 for around 3 years. I've recently had to reinstall a new server as my old server had died. I had a full zip backup of the old system which i restored to the new system. I also had a backup of my DHCP server which was on the same server and I restored this and re-installed pumpkin TFTP server and directed the directory to the provisioning folder just like before. Everything was working fine and I was getting my custom logos that was originally configured for the phones. However, I had to re-install and re-confgure the DHCP service as i wanted to change the IP configuration on the DHCP. On my old DHCP the cisco phones had an IP reservation with also option 066 set for the TFTP server. I did the exact same thing on the new setup of the DHCP. However, the logo on the phones are no longer coming up at all. The phones themselves are working and going online as I can see the extensions online etc.
It's been a long time since I configured 3CX with this logo, so I just cant remember what I did at the time. I would have thought restoring it would sort it and it did until I changed my DHCP scope. So i am wondering what can it be?
Can anyone help please?
