Phone Provisioning Issue: No Power LED option available

Hello fellow 3CXers,

I am trying to change Power LED notifications to voicemails only on several Yealink T56A phones. When I edit the selected extension setting, there is Power LED combo in Phone Provisioning section. However, when I try to tweak this option in a batch mode and select several extensions subsequently, the mentioned Combo disappears. Worse yet, there is only one ‘Your Phones’ option available for selection, namely 3CX App. But when I fall back to just one phone selected, ‘Your Phones’ combo provides both 3CX App and Yealink T56A options.

So the question is, what is the best practice to re-configure Power LED notifications for all Yealink phones in a batch?

That is not an option in provisioning, however it can be done within the phone GUI

Hi,

You can only multi-edit extension settings, not phone devices. Those need to be done individually.
