I’d love to know where everyone gets their phone supply from. I try to offer very low or free phones but recently it’s too expensive.

Depends where you are. But, we get them from a distributor.

Free phones? Why not sell them the PBX and have them use the Webclient? No need for a phone.

We are a snom reseller and use teledynamics as our distributor. We don't get free phones but we get NFR ones at a reduced cost.

He's not asking for free phones and he can't sell NFR phones to customers. He's trying to reduce his cost so he can offer 'free' phones to his customers as part of the service.

Really what the OP needs to do is partner up with a financing company. Then you aren't taking that lump sum hit. Snom and 3CX had a selling webinar today where they discussed this. I've not worked with Teledynamics but 888VoIP is awesome as a distributor. ABP is good as well and has a couple former 3CX employees there.

Yes, NFR can't be used for resale. We use as demo or in office phones.

This is where the DaaS service possibly be great https://www.snomamericas.com/partners/daas_program

I did get an account with 888Voip but its still close to retail which is not fun. Thanks for the advice

Close to retail or close to what you can find on Amazon? The main benefit of buying distribution (if you are trying to bundle the phones) is the support they offer and the fact that they can prep phones for you (pre-provision, bundle with literature, etc) and then ship direct to the customer. If you are just trying to absorb the cost then a DaaS program is what you want to do. Many leasing companies will partner with you and chances are 888VoIP can get you in touch with someone.
