Phone recommendation?

Any recommendations on how to solve the following scenario:

I have to emergency phones connected to PSTN line that has been terminated.
Function of the phones is that as soon as the handset is picked up, it automatically dials an emergency number.

I need to connect these phones (or find other phones) that allows me the same feature with a 3CX.
Any recommendations?

Preferably a wireless ATA box if that exist, to connect the wall-mounted phones to.
Alternatively a, not too expensive, low-end phone as this is it's only function.
Cabling is non-existant for LAN connection.

I have done this with IP Phones before, Yealinks, the feature on the Yealink is called dial now, you will have to write a custom template and a little custom work for the exact number but it should give you what you need. https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/dialnow-provisioning-for-yealink-phones.57197/

Grandstream ATAs can also be used, will need custom templates or remove the 3cx provisioning, feature is called offhook dial

Note the above recommended Grandstream ATA is not to my knowledge Wifi enabled, I think you will be hard pressed to find such a device which does this. I know Patton do gateways with LTE support and beroNet GSM but this is the closest to actual "wireless" (not WiFi) gateway that I have ever known.

You'd have to get WAP with an ethernet port on it then stick your ATA on.

I've used a Fanvil G100S ATA which can do off-hook dialling. I used it to send fax over VoIP too. Though, very unreliable with the fax side. Though, Brother printers are very good with fax over VoIP.
