Chat is initialized by two fields - email and name (either one of them, or without specifying these data).

Due to the fact that the client's session is closed before the operator has time to answer (https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/how-to-increase-the-chat-session-time.113233/), is it possible to immediately ask the client for his phone number so that the operator can immediately call him back and continue support in voice mode?

Hi @spf,

What you could do is change the text that displays in the first greeting to say "Hi! Can we have your phone number to assist you telephonically?" or something like that. You could change the required field to Name only to streamline the acquisition of the phone number.

Also note that in your intro message, ask them for something because if they open a chat and don't type anything to you, you won't receive any message to reply to.

How I can setup on website? For offline mode found only two questions about name and email

That is exactly what I thought to do but it doesn't seem to work here. Is this working with you?
