Phone showing off line but works

I am running a hosted 3CX system with a SBC and have a Fanvil 5XU running 2.4.19 that has worked fine without issue that is suddenly showing the phone off line on my administrative console [red square on the listed phone page]. The phone works fine and can send/receive calls and I have rebooted, etc, not sure if to ignore or something is going on. This is new after 2 years without issue on this particular phone.

Only thing that has changed was I updated the Debian on my NUC SBC about 2 months ago.

Does the same behavior occur with any other devices provisioned through the same SBC, or is it limited to this particular device?

Regarding the affected Fanvil X5U device, was it configured using the system's default template or was a custom/modified template used?

Since you mentioned that the phone continues to make and receive calls normally, could you also confirm whether the extension itself appears as registered under Admin > Users, and whether the issue is limited to the device being displayed with a red/offline status under Admin > Phones?

Have you tried to reprovision the device? Does the issue persist after reprovisioning?

Please advise.

Also, in addition to what Bruno said, what is the sbc status within the Voice and Chat menu? what version is the sbc and OS version? is it 20.0.100 or did you upgrade it to 20.0.176 BETA with debian Trixie?

I have one other Fanvil X7 that also started doing this a few days ago a few times

All phones are configured with the default template [no modification/custom].

How can I tell if the phone is registered under Admin>Users? I have not reprovisioned yet.

Not updated to Trixie, I just wiped the SBC and updated to 12 because I was on 10 I believe.

I tried to reprovision the one phone. I select it and the reprovision button is unable to be pressed. I manually rebooted the phone and now the phone shows up twice in the phone list as a duplicate, one is online and one is offline.

I deleted the duplicate but am not sure what is going on here.
