Phone version not updating in Management Console

I have a Snom 720 which had FW version 8.7.5.35 prior to being set to provision via 3CX. The phone was rebooted and the firmware was upgraded to 8.9.3.88 (see below)



But in the 3CX MC Phones section it is still showing as being 8.7.5.35 (See below). Any ideas on why 3CX isn't picking up the new FW version?

You pushed the new firmware to the phones via the "Phones" tab in 3CX or manually?

I rebooted the phone after setting the new provisioning URL.

As an updated, I tried applying the firmware update via the Phones screen and still the same

After the upgrade when the phone will register, you should see the correct firmware reported.

If not, empty Chrome cache and reload (just in case) and then factory reset and reprovision the device.

If it still reports the wrong version then something else is going on. Perhaps you are on an older PBX version and installed newer firmware on the phone not meant for this pbx ?
