Phonebridge development for zoho crm

I would like to know where is the development on PhoneBridge because in its integration with Zoho CRM it would be a necessary use for our company.
Do you have a schedule, is that planned?

PhoneBridge is not supported at the moment.

Yes, i use this now but with PhoneBridge i have pop up and others interesting things what my boss want.

These are the kinds of benefits that would require us to change phone providers. In a perfect use of CRM with automatic file escalations when a customer calls for example.
