Solved Phones can't access NTP server

Hi everyone , we are installing 3cx for a client, thier phones have no access to the internet for security reasons, 3cx is installed on windows 7 machine . So the phones aren't able to reach the NTP server.
Is there any way to use the 3cx machine as NTP server . Or any solution that doesn't involve internet accessing ??

Hello @Moawia Noor

If you navigate to Settings / Parameters and search for "TIME_NTP_SERVER" you will find the parameters that controls what goes into the templates of the phones. Please note that this parameters applies to all phones remote and local so have that in mind before making any changes.

Another thing you can do is, after you create your NTP server you could create a local DNS record point that FQDN to the local IP of your NTP service.

Create a backup before making any changes and document what you change so you can easily revert. You will be ok i think
