Phones dont ring but incoming call displays for 30 secs

Hi,

We upgraded to V11 and ever since then all our phones show incoming calls but do not ring for excatly 30 secs.

Have incoming VOIP lines going to Queues.

We restored the config from V11 and nothing has changed since then.

Any hints?

So, what you are saying is that the phones show all indications of an incoming call except the ring "sound" itself?

If so, what sets are you using? Do different makes behave differently? Do they auto provision on a regular basis, could something in their settings have changed

What does the 3CX log show during an incoming call?
