By creating mappigs with port forwarding, this would bypass the NAT service from the router right?
Static port mappings are more reliable then NAT service?
Also when the phone have reserved leases in my DHCP server?

I would start with just spreading out the ports per phone and PBX delivers audio. And then re-provision.
