Solved Phones not registering but will provision and show in the pbx

I have an issue where the phones will not register in the PBX on version 20.
I have them set up through and SBC as I am using the hosted version of 3cx
The SBC is registered in the PBX
The phones will automatically provision through the PBX and show under PNP phones with the correct IP address
however the phones fail the registration,

any ideas?
other than Andreas (Staff with 3cx) telling me to hire someone else to look at this

Provisioning actually means that the device has retrieved the configuration file and will show extension information in the screen.
Is this the case or there is a specific error in the event log of the PBX related with the Mac address of the device?

Yes it retrieves its configuration file, and when I log into the phone its self, it does show all the extension information, however it will not register

is the phone running the latest 3cx firmware?

Yes - it was actually 1 ahead of what 3cx recommends so I downgraded it to the supported version

Kindly remove the screenshot from your reply showing private information. Regarding your question and the mentioned issue, if you scroll down on the page in the account section, you will see a section for the outbound proxy server, where the outbound proxy server 1 should be populated with the IP of the SBC.

Additionally, check that the SBC and the IP phone are on the same network.

ok so all this was done previously - even manually provisioned the phone with no luck
HOWEVER
I had the SBC connected to the network VIA WiFi (Same IP Scheme no routing) - I plugged it into the LAN and its now working

Yes, SBCs should always be hardwired to the network.
