Seems that for any extension with multiple phones connected to only show one entry (this is on v18U4 btw)
Let's say I have an extension with 3 client devices simultaneously operational :
- Yealink desk phone
- Desktop app
- iOS app
In the phone page, I'll only see the Yealink phone. Once I un-register it, then the "DesktopApp" shows upon a page refresh.
If and only if I bring the iOS app to our of background, it will show up as "App for iOS" under the DesktopApp. It will disappear once the iPhone goes idle (incoming calls still works with push service)
The desk phone has a priority. Ideally we would like to keep all of them showing-up if they're operational.
Is that per design or there is a parameter we can change ?
Thanks
