Phones stop ringing after 1-2 rings

Hi all

i had a well running 3cx environment and had no problems up to now. I don't know what changed, but suddenly i am having a issue that i can not solve. All incoming calls are ringing, but only 1-2 times and then go off to voice mail. I think it is an endpoint but how can i narrow it down?
