Phones Tab - Multiple Registrations for Same Device

I have over 120 of the same device showing in the phones tab. When a device re-registers, you would think we would drop the old binding ?

Staff using the mobility client all have 3-4 phone showing as registered under the phones tab also, however they just have the one device.

Basically I have pages of this for multiple users (but not every user)

We are seeing the same behaviour as well.

Only 3CXPhoneClients, both iPhone and Desktop are adding, never disappearing.

Hi, Yes its a problem but update your system in the next upcoming release and it will be fixed.

Does V15 fix this? I also see it back all the way to 12.5

I haven't experienced this in v14 at all the ast time it was apparent for me was v12.5 sp1

The bug was due that if client session terminates abruptly the session will remain alive on server side. Now in V15 if we see that the session is not alive, server will wait until 8 seconds and then terminates the session.

If you had problems with V12.5 it could be something else.

But I suggest you update guys if you are running V12.5 as we made heavy improvements in this area.
