I have a client that is running 3CX 16.0.5.612 on a Linux Debian install. They are using Yealink SIP T42s phones on firmware 66.85.0.5.

The issue is that I have a shared park 0 and 1. All the phones can place a call on either park. However, one phone cannot pick up a call on park, when it does it says “Not found”.

When I dial the parks using the BLF key it says “Call Park: SP0”. When I called the shared park from the other extensions that can pick up a parked call it says “SP0”.

I checked the settings on the extensions and the physical phone and they both match.

I need some help figuring this one out

Change the blf settings to shared parking, instead of call park -still have locations sp0 , sp1

user 1 will push the ds key, and Hangup
user 2 will push the correct dns key to pickup the call

The BLF settings are set to Shared Parking 0 and 1

Can you confirm the dss key has been programmed by logging into the phone web front end.

you will find the password under the provision tab of the extension

not sure if this has any affect, check group membership of the extension. , one option is parking calls

Yes the DSSkeys has been programmed to be call park and the value is set to SP0, the label is SP 0

Does it persist after rebooting or reprovisioning the phone?

Yes it persists after a reboot, i have not tried to reprovision the phone.

Rebooting should reprovision the phone on startup. Just a guess, but perhaps factory reset the phone and re-add it to 3CX?
