I have a client that is running 3CX 16.0.5.612 on a Linux Debian install. They are using Yealink SIP T42s phones on firmware 66.85.0.5.
The issue is that I have a shared park 0 and 1. All the phones can place a call on either park. However, one phone cannot pick up a call on park, when it does it says “Not found”.
When I dial the parks using the BLF key it says “Call Park: SP0”. When I called the shared park from the other extensions that can pick up a parked call it says “SP0”.
I checked the settings on the extensions and the physical phone and they both match.
I need some help figuring this one out
