Pickup Call with Softphone

Hello everybody,

is there a possibility to get a Pop-Up Screen when a memeber of my extension-group is called to pickup this call with the 3cx softphone?

Hi

If I properly understood your question, then a possible answer is to use 3CXPhone's "Launch application on incoming call" feature. It's available in Settings/Advanced/Behavior tab.

This is a very powerful feature not only because 3CXPhone pass caller's number and/or name to a desired application, but because that application might be not only a .exe, but a script - such a .cmd or .bat - as well. By using a script, flexibility is dramatically improved, to perform different tasks for different callers - playing sounds, images, videos, sending mail, opening urls and so on.
