Hello everybody,

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but it seems that if I'm logged into a queue which is ringing, I'm not able to place any call: 3CX softphone and deskphone are ringing, and if I try to hangup the call the queue force my clients to ring again immediatly.. in this way, I'm not able to place a call to another extension (or external number, or whatever)

Is this the normal behavior? Is it possible to change or bypass it?

Thank you very much

Claudio

if you have 2 line set by default it's possible to dial with second line, first ring with Q call while you call with second line. on my pbx it works with Snom phones

Hi Claudio,

If you are part of a queue that is busy you are expected to take the queue call that is incoming so what you see is indeed normal.

Log out of the queue, make your call, and log back in.

  • You just need to hit the "Q" button that is under your status, and reject the current ringing call.
  • Or switch to another status so you are not available
  • Or press DND button on your phone.

Be mindful of the option "Accept Multiple Calls" you may want to leave that one disabled on your extension settings (found under your Available status)

Strange , on my Q with only one extension agent of the Q, incoming call in Q so extension is ringing but with second line blf I'm able to dial internal or external. And AMC is checked on extension
