planned conferences looses participants

Hello there,

when planing a conference in the 3CX client for Windows all participants that are
selected via the drop down menu are lost while creating the planned conference.

However, when selecting the participants by typing their email addresses, for example,
the participants don´t get lost. Typing every email address is much more time consuming though, especially for larger conferences.

Is this a known problem? Are there any known fixes?

Hi,

You can add participants based on their email (one by one).

You can also import them via a CSV if you have large scheduled meetings that you do often.

thank you for your answer.

we use the local phonebook from 3CX and the e-mail address from the extension.
When planing a conference in the 3CX client for Windows, we can type the first letters of the e-mail address of the participants and get a dropdown with matching results of possible participants.

When we klick on a selection of the dropdown the participant will be added to the planed conference.
However, after finishing the planing non of the participants get an invite. When we go in the just created conference, all participants which were selected over the dropdown are lost and are not in the conference anymore except of the creator of the conferece.

- What OS is it installed on (and version)
- Windows client version
- What SMTP does 3CX have configured?

PBX Version: 16.0.6.655
installed OS: Debian 4.9.110-3+deb9u5
Windows client version: 16.3.0.179
SMTP: We use Office 365 but we also tested 3cx smtp with the same result
