Solved Planned webmeeting [MISSING]: Your name

Hello.
If I open instant webmeeting form webclient, it works fine.
That's what happen when i open planned meeting by link in webclient or in remind e-mail:
[MISSING]: Welcome to 3CX WebMeeting

[MISSING]: Your name
[MISSING]: Meeting not found.

Hello @Drogtorri

Make sure that port 5001 is open so that webmeeting can communicate with the server. Also make sure that your SSL certificate is valid. After ensuring the above navigate to your Dashboard / Service and restart the System Server service.
Let us know if that resolves your issue

Restart helped. All required ports was already opened.

Keep the following in mind.

1. WebMeetings are deleted 7 days after their "Scheduled" date. If you don't want them to be deleted at all, you'll need to create them far in the future.
2. Also meetings and all other related data are deleted if you release your FQDN or if you delete that specific extension.
