Hi,
We have noticed something less than ideal with the way our preferred VoIP provider deals with calls to non-existent numbers. Basically, rather than getting the usual (in Australia) "This number is not connected" style message we get back a busy tone. It's confusing for the users, as they don't realise they have a bad number...they just think they are calling someone who is REALLY busy
There is a workaround at the VoIP provider end that we aren't particularly happy with, and I was wondering if it was possible to do something at the 3CX end instead. Is it possible to play an audio file or in some other way alter the bad call result when a 404 Not Found error is thrown on the outbound call ?
Cheers,
Paul.
