Please can someone elaborate/explain this Server Event Log

I got the following messages in my Server Event Log.

I am not sure where the issue is. Who/What is forbidding the call. Is this an issue with the provider ?

Call to 13216521555@(Ln.10002@Vitelity) has failed. [ V4 64.2.142.216:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=792 ] replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:64.2.142.216:5060

Call to 12153684976@(Ln.10002@Vitelity) has failed. [ V4 64.2.142.216:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=792 ] replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:64.2.142.216:5060

Call to 13214800086@(Ln.10002@Vitelity) has failed. [ V4 64.2.142.17:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=792 ] replied: 403 Forbidden; from IP:64.2.142.17:5060

You may want to check how you have the Vitelity domain (SIP server info) name put into the trunk datafill in 3CX. It usually is more than just the one word, should be something like xxx2.vitelity.xxx ,as the server name

If you are referring to the SIP server hostname or IP it is already populated with sip18.vitelity.net

Is there some other field "Trunk Datafill" ?
