please helo with configuring dialing AFTER call is made

I set up a new VoIP system with 3CX in my house. I am using a Linksys SPA 942. My current issue is when I place a call, and an automated attendant answers and I need to "press 1 for English" My phone does not let me. If I press the 1 button, a tone is emitted but it seams like it is not getting through to the other end of the call. Any help?

I'm having the same problem. I found out that if you change the DTMF Tx Methond in the Ext1 menu of the SPA942 to Inband and do not use the speakerphone the DTMF tones should work. I have not been able to use the DTMF using the speakerphone.
