"Please Hold while we transfer your call" Is there a proper solution?

Hi,

I've read many topics on this and there is no solid answers on how to disable this other than placing a blank WAV file in the place of "please_hold.wav"

As we are evaluating the system this is a pretty major issue when comparing other systems that have the ability to disable announcements like this.

I'm afraid that currently there is no other way to do this. If you think that this is something that should be an "out of the box" feature, feel free to post this as a feature request in the Ideas part of the forum.
