Solved Plese Help: Cannot Create Hosted Dedicated Instance/Portal Error

Hi,

I'm trieng to setup a new hosted Dedicated instance, but the Portal throws an error and hangs. In the browser console i found the error causing the issue:

Status Code: 400 (from service worker)

Any help would be very appreciated

@AndreasY_3CX created new Thread, mention you as you suggested this procedure. What am I doing wrong?

@Christian Hubinger can you please reload the page of the protal, try againa and then provide us a feedback ?

It shows up in the UI as uninstallend/uninitialized. The Domain xxxxx.3xc.at results in NXDOMAIN error.

@Christian Hubinger I removed your FQDN as this is public so not a good idea
Your system has not been installed as I can see, so please click install and you must only see 3CX - Self managed as Hosting is not supported in your country.

Thanks - so what are my options?
Can i host in germany for example... i do not really care for the domain

@Christian Hubinger yes you can go with Self Hosted to the region you desire or the Hosting Provider you choose.
I would recommend to choose the closest to you in order to minimize any delay.

Where can i chose the Provider/region in the Setup? Is there a list of supported domains?

@Christian Hubinger for the domain you can choose whatever you want and as I can see you have already chosen the one you wanted.
Now to which Hosting Provider you have account and you want to install to, this is up to you.
From the Portal point of view, we have a variety of the most famous hosting providers in the world.
