Hallo,

we have an issue with calling numbers via the CTI client.
I observed that when you call a number like "+49 123 123 132" the 3cx server received only "49 123 123 123" which leads in a wrong outbound call rule.
This behaviour occurs only in CTI Mode. I tested it also in Softphone Mode and their was no problem with this.

I think that the Yealink SIP T53-W Phone removed the plus sign from the number but I don't found a corresponding option in the settings.

Check your E164 settings under Settings

The E164 Settings is disabled.

You may want to consider making use of the E164 settings, if you do dial calls with a leading +. The + can then be converted to the proper numeric prefix (national/international) to be used by the outbound rules.

I disabled the e164 settings because I do this with outbound rules. I have 4 outbound rules in theirs.

e164 -> prefix + -> remove 1 -> Add 00
International -> prefix 00 -> remove 0 -> do nothing
National -> prefix 0 -> remove 1 -> Add 0049
Area -> prefix 1-9 -> remove 0 -> Add 004969

I had to this because the ISP wants the number in the format "0049 213 2312231".

These Outbound Rules are working correctly when I start a call from via Softphone but when I start a call from the 3CX Client in CTI Mode and the numbers starts with an + sign will be removed as i described in the first post.
