PMS integration with 3cx

My PMS is asking this:
Typically there is a prefix that needs to be entered before the code, your PBX vendor should be able to confirm this if you are unsure - it is usually like *68 or *2 - followed by the actual code that updates the status and is hard coded via Comtrol. You may want the hotel to test the codes out.

1 = Dirty
2 = Clean
7 = Pick Up
8 = Inspected

Any prefix for 3cx? please advise..

Default prefix is *68. You can check or change the prefix in Admin, System, Dial Codes (listed as Maid Codes)
