PMS Stay N Touch integration

Hello

we are setting up a new deployment and the client wants to have an integration with the PMS Stay n touch
this for the room status and billing for the calls.
is there already someone who have done this?

It's not a built-in one but if the company is willing to work with 3CX, it could be implemented.

Most of the PMS support one of the standard interfaces supported by the 3CX Hotel Module, which are FIAS (Fidelio Interface Application Specification), and Mitel SX-2000. If this system supports any of these, then it should integrate without problems.

Then that should work, you need to select "3CX Protocol".

While the native 3cx-SX2000 Hotel services/room status works great, I ran into some problems matching PMS formatting/order/functionality Call Accounting with the 3cx native Mitel sx2000 with the options in 3cx last year. I don't know if 3cx has improved in that regard, but, I've worked with the developer of CallVitesse to build out a CallHospitor version and it is a top notch solution for Call Accounting via Mitel SX2000.
His software brings the ability to exclude extensions from billing, additional variable billing rates, and extra data manipulation.

He has done excellent work on CallVitesse and CallSequitor in bringing additional functionality to CDR records.
I highly HIGHLY recommend his software for 3cx Call Accounting to a Mitel SX2000 protocol and he charges a very fair price. Chris can be reached at [email protected]
