Poly / Plantronics UC 5200 no longer able to answer calls after latest update

Apparently there is no longer a Poly driver, only a universal driver. My users are not able to answer calls with the headset anymore. Any ideas / workarounds?

Is the Poly hub still installed?
Might be conflicting when choosing the universal web Hid integration they made for unsupported headsets.

I just installed the 5200 UC with windows 11 and I have the same problem.
Tested without the Hub and after installing the Hub
Does anyone know a solution?

I uninstalled the hub and can now use the universal driver with both W10 and 11. Make sure you have the latest ms and 3cx updates
