I have a Polycom 301 phone and I followed the directions on the site on how to set up the phone. The phone wont register with 3cx. My trunk with working, no problems registering but the phone has been the thorn in my side. Any help with this. When I pick the phone up I get a dial tone, dial a number and busy signal. But I expect this to happen because 3cx does not see the phone.
