Anyone get a Polycom 501 phone working with the intercom feature in 3cx?

Figured it out finally. You will need to add the below line in the sip.cfg file.

<alertInfo voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.value="Ring Answer" voIpProt.SIP.alertInfo.2.class="4"/>
