We are currently checking out 3CX for the first time, looking at changing over from Asterisk.
We run Polycom 550s and 601s on revision 3.1.3 and we can't get the busy lamps working properly. The phones register the extension fine and can make calls etc. In busy lamp entries, the extensions arelisted fine and show presence (buddy watch) as normal, indicating the other extensions are available..but if you make a call on a watched extension or take it offline the busy lamp does not fire red like it should.
So it is like it registers the extension is there but is not being updated.
Currently these phones are on the same network as the 3CX install so it is not a NAT issue. Also the 3CX box has its firewall down.
Anyone else having trouble with this or know a fix??
