Running 3CX 15.0.59381.0 on Windows.
I added a Polycom IP 601 to our new 3CX installation and added it to an extension. I followed the instructions for downloading and copying over the firmware files (by the way the web admin "For info on how to provision this phone click here." links to the 650 series page instead of the 601 series page). I'm running Pumpkin TFTP at the moment so I can see what's going on during provisioning (as described at http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/inst ... tp-server/)
It says, 0004f203f6d7.cfg "File Not Found". Sure enough when I go to C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\********
There is only the base 000000000000.cfg file and no mac addr-specific config file.
I've deleted and re-added the phone in the 3CX admin console and that doesn't help. I've also selected the extension and hit regenerate and that is ineffective.
Could you look into this and see if perhaps there's a bug in 3CX 15.0.59381.0 that is preventing this from working?
