Polycom IP 7000

Good day , i would like to configure the Polycom IP 7000 on gui but is does not register to 3cx cloud.
I know it is not listed under supported phones .
is Polycom IP 7000 work with 3cx v16?

These phones are actually supported as legacy devices as they have limited functionality and are only supported for local provisioning.

You could run a VPN connection to your cloud installation and provision the phone to the PBX as a local device. Alternatively you could try to manually register it to the PBX which is not recommended or get a fully supported device from our supported devices list. https://www.3cx.com/support/
