I had 3 Polycom IP335's set up at a remote site that was connected to our PBX via VPN.

I had them all working yesterday with no issues, was talking with someone at the host site for over an hour, crystal clear, no cutouts etc.

Then towards the end of the day, all 3 remote phones went offline.

This morning I'm trying to troubleshoot. I can see the phones on the network, I can get into their WebUI, I can ping the PBX from that network. However, the phones will not show up on the PBX. I've even factory reset one of the phones and reset it up and it just will not connect.

I have no idea what is wrong.

Just an update: I factory reset all 3 phones and set them up again one by one. The first one provisioned and was showing up in the phones list on 3cx, the other two provisioned (because they reboot and I can get into them with the assigned password from 3cx) but they are not accessible (not showing up on phone list, calls to the extension go straight to voicemail).
