Polycom- Remote 3CX

We have a client with Polycom VX430 phones that are reading separate network information then their normal network. We've factory reset phones off site but when we plug them on on site (even with static addressing) They revert back to their different subnet. Has anybody else experienced this?

Hi Brents,

I think you might have to look at your DHCP server, maybe you have DHCP options set?

Regardless, I think this should be addressed at the manufacturer. They should be able to help in this case (since it happens even with factory reset as you said).
