Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 Authentication

[Fastflow]

I have a Polycom Soundstation IP 5000 which I am trying to setup on 3CX v12.

Here are the details of the IP 5000

I have setup Boot 66 on our server pointing to the provisioning folder ok.

I have setup the SIP configuration on the phone, but I cannot get the phone to authenticate.

The username and password on the phone and in 3CX are the same.

if you use option66 you don't need to change anything in the Polycom. If you configured the PolyCom via the web interface please post a screenshot, you may have forgotten something.

Where you have Golborne, in "Address", should that not be the extension number?

Address = SIP Auth = Extension - fix that and you should be ok
