Polycom SoundStation2 2201-16000-601 and 3CX Compatibility

Hi All,

Our client would like to know if Polycom SoundStation2 model number 2201-16000-601 is able to function with 3CX.

Couldn't find this specific model any where.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

That's an analog phone and since 3CX is SIP only, you won't find anything about compatibility because there is none directly. You need a FXS adapter to use that phone.
