I've held off on upgrading one of my customers to v20 as I am worried that the Polycom vvx410 phones will stop working after the upgrade. They currently have a Yealink T54W Router SBC phone that these phones provision through and I also run the 3cx server on the Amazon cloud. Have there been any reports of older Legacy Polycom vvx 410 phones not working and is this option still supported by 3CX on version 20 via a SBC client in the Amazon cloud? Anyone have Polycom vvx410 phones running via a T54W SBC Router phone in the Amazon Cloud and successfully converted from v18 to v20? If you converted a legacy polycom version was there any issues after the upgrade?
