POOR AUDIO

Hello all , I have a Grandstream 4104 with 3 active fxo pots connections. I have attached to a kirk 300 communicating to 6 6020 dect phones. I am experiencing issues of poor volume in ear pieces even when ear volume is maxed out. Also with that is small static.
Any ideas ?

Does this happen with only the DECT (or other cordless) sets, or other types of phones (non cordless) as well? Does it happen on all of the trunks? Did this just start or has the problem been there from day one?
