pop-up browser with custom url on phone ring

[rscl.mumbai]

Hi,

With 3CXPhone, is it possible to open a web browser with a custom url when phone rings ?
I did not find any such option in the application so I was wondering if I missed anything ?

Thx
Sanjay

No, you need to use the 3CX Assistant for that.

From where can I download "3CX Assistant"?

Ya know its funny how the same question gets asked by two different people on the same day...

Just answered it here:

http://www.3cx.com/forums/url-forward-feature-exist-16150.html

The assistant is included with the download for 3cx Phone Server - but you can download it separately here:
Version 9: http://www.3cx.com/downloads/3CXAssistantSetup9.exe
Version 8: http://www.3cx.com/downloads/3CXAssistantSetup8.exe

Edit: note, you have to be using 3cx Server as well for this to function.
