Pop-up dialer on work RDS

HI Community,
I have a small problem with the 3CX Desktop App client, I would like the dialer to pass in front of all the applications used and especially in front of my connection to my RDS.

I tried to configure its 2 options without success:

• I allow the dialer to stay on top
• I authorize call pop-ups .... in the Audio/video parameter

Have you ever been able to configure this or do you have a tip?

Unfortunately this has been mentioned before and for the time being there isn't something we can do about it:

Same problem here.

It really creates a workflow issues as the end users are using only the app with headsets.

They either have to have their headsets all the time, which is not really the best experience or simply missing their calls......bad option.

Can you please look into this, by my opinion it is not be underestimated as it creates a serious negative end user experience with 3CX.

Ah yes, sorry, it's a link to another blocked off section of the forum.

Nothing additional was said, just that it currently can't be done as our R&D confirmed after looking into it.
