Hi,
I need to understand something about the portage process.
We have one network access number (0134678900) provided by our telecom provider (Orange France) and we also orders a couple of DIDs (range 0134678901-0134678999 for our PBX.

Who will will request the portage of these numbers the customer or the IPBX Cloud Company

The company should request the port and they will need the LOA (Letter of Authorization) from the customer to move the phone numbers to another provider.

Where can the client obtain this letter?
