Hi all,

i have succcesfully configured portech on 3cx.

When my clients make call using the GSM gateway and the call lasts more than a couple of minutes.
the communication become laggy.

i have this problem only with VoIP GSM Gateway with the remote VoIP provider no problem.

The server is local also the VoIP gateway on same LAN.
3CX running on Hyper-V i check the spec on 3CX site for debian on Hyper-V and are correct.

It could be a VM problem or other?

Thanks a lot for the time
Best regards

Doubtful, I would run Wireshark traces and contact the vendor (Portech) as they are an un-supported gateway brand. They may also have written templates for 3CX which you could auto-provision instead of manual config.

The only supported GSM brand for 3CX are beroNet currently.

I use for years the Portech MV-370 without any issues.
Also a few of my customers use the Portech MV-372 and I have never had any complains about the function of the gateways.
The Portech's are running well on firmware 10.160

Current list of supported gateways for 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/

"This device has been tested for Voice using firmware version of “Wed Jun 10 11:53:59 2009"

Also look on the date of the guide you posted - April 2010. It seems they may of been supported once but not anymore.
