Portforwarding issues

We recently moved to 3cx (18.0 standard, debian, locally hosted) and having some issues where some phone numbers we try to call can't here us. When they call back it's all ok. Happens with all SIP phones, no custom templates. It's always the same phone numbers, can't seem to find any logic in it. Everything else works without problems.

Since the firewall checker gives some errors, I'd like to start there. The port forwardings are set up correctly in our Cisco ASA 5512 as far as I can see, but the firewall checker gives the following errors:

Mapping goes through the UDP port in the first rule in the asa for some reason. While I know 3cx can't give support on firewalls, is there anybody who recognises this issue or can give me any direction as to where to look for a solution for this? I'm running out of ideas after a few days working on this..
 
Thank you for the link. I followed this when configuring our ASA. As far as I can see, our configuration matches the article (besides a slightly different ASDM version).
