Position of the icon in wordpress

Hello!

I used the search function - i swear! But either I'm too stupid or i made some configuration wrong.
When I'm adding the following css to "additional css section" in my customizer, nothing is happening:

.button__8DK8 {
margin-bottom: 100px;
margin-right: 15px;
}

When I inspect the element with any developing broser and when I'm adding the same css there, it's working.
In the plugin itself all customization options from where to place the button are gone.

Does anyone have a solution?

I don't believe that custom CSS from WordPress is processed by the 3CX WordPress plugin. I've never gotten it to work. I made a request to get it added here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/css-styling-options.118574/

Hello again!

For now I just added html code to my footer widget and changed the options there.

The button is on the right position but inside the button the texts I can't change.
The language is browser dependent but when I have it in German, it says "Rufen Sie uns an". This in our business nobody uses. It's more a "Ruf uns an".

Does anybody know how to change the text inside the
<div id="callus-container"></div>

I've tried to add the whole section into my html-code as well but it's overwritten as I can see.
