"You are using Unsupported SIP trunk providers which may cause issues."

New install, debian, newest version, and getting that error on the dashboard when I click on the red ! for trunks. However I'm using siptrunk and it's setup the same way as the rest of my PBX's.

No idea what's up with that. It all works fine too.

Well first of all, you don't mention if you restored a backup or if you setup the trunk from scratch in that instance. Setup the same way could mean anything, including importing the trunk. Also, you should be specific on your versions as 'newest version' could mean many things to the reader unless they happen to have a 3CX release timeline next to them. Particularly since some issues may be version specific so when people search the forums they might think they have the same issue when they have a similar but different issue.

The fact that it's red but working doesn't mean anything. Any of the sections (firewall, trunk, phones) can be red and everything can work. Conversely they can all be green and things could not work. Those are indicators that you have something configured in a way that 3CX won't support, not that it won't work.

Hello @ElementalWindX

If you used the import functionality then the trunk indicator would turn red as the system does not know if the template you imported is of a supported provider or not. If you want to get rid of the warning (that is all that is) then you set the trunk up again by selecting the correct template from the drop down menu.

This was setup via the template.xml file when initially creating the pbx. We've been trying to heavily automate that part of 3cx. Not imported from a backup.

Do you mean the setupconfig.xml?

Did you use the correct template name for your trunk or did you use the Generic template?
